Director, Provado Operations

This leadership role is responsible for the operational performance, scalability, and optimization of a core transportation fulfillment program within a broader strategic mobility portfolio. You will oversee daily network execution while driving improvements in service reliability, cost efficiency, compliance, and member experience. The role combines operational leadership with vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic process improvement. You will work closely with Product, Local Operations, Finance, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement teams to strengthen performance and scalability. As a people leader, you will develop a high-performing team and foster a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making.
