The Director, Specialist Solutions Engineering is responsible for the day-to-day management of AHEAD’s managed services Specialist Solutions Engineers while also setting strategic technical direction for the team. SSEs are technical experts who collaborate with AHEAD Account Teams to identify , qualify, and build solutions supporting its customers .
