Director, Strategic Intelligence

CreatorIQ's Strategic Services organization delivers scoped, professional-services engagements that help the world's leading brands and agencies get more from their creator investment. As Director, Strategic Intelligence, you'll lead the Strategic Intelligence and Reporting & Data teams while owning a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts end to end, from scoping through analysis to customer presentation. You'll set the quality bar for everything the team delivers, serve as the first escalation point for complex analytical questions, and shape how the practice scales, turning CreatorIQ's data and our customers' own data into the measurement, insight, and recommendations behind some of the largest creator programs in the world.

You'll also help shape how Strategic Intelligence scales: deciding which requests we take on, turning repeat asks into standard offerings, and building the operating rhythm that keeps the team focused, billable, and set up to grow.

The ideal candidate brings senior marketing-science depth and the presence to lead a CMO-level conversation. You know how to measure creator and media impact rigorously, you can tell a clear story with data, and you've led and developed analysts. You're comfortable directing technical work in SQL, Python, and data pipelines, partnering closely with the specialists who build it.

In this role, you'll get to:

Strategic Account Ownership: Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts end to end, including scoping, analysis, customer presentation, and handling pushback, so recommendations land with senior stakeholders.

VP Partnership: Act as the VP, Strategic Intelligence's stand-in on customer calls and deliverables, and partner on practice strategy, priorities, and the largest enterprise engagements.

Team Leadership: Lead the Strategic Intelligence and Reporting & Data teams, setting priorities, coaching analysts and managers, building clear development paths, and owning time tracking, capacity planning, and delivery hygiene.

Quality & Escalation: Review the team's work before it reaches customers and serve as the first escalation point for complex analytical and methodological questions.

Measurement & Methodology: Bring senior marketing-science rigor to every engagement, including earned and social media value, return on creator spend, marketing mix and incrementality approaches, and disciplined, defensible claims.

Scoping Intake: Own intake for smaller and non-strategic analytical requests, deciding whether to take them on, productize them, or decline, and partner with Directors of Services on scope and pricing.

Productization: Turn repeat requests into standard offerings, reports, and playbooks that Sales and Customer Success can position with confidence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Influencer Marketing Services, Platform Services, Customer Success, Sales, and Product so insights shape strategy from the start and customer feedback reaches the roadmap.

Thought Leadership: Help shape Strategic Intelligence's point of view on creator measurement, contributing to frameworks, benchmarks, and content that elevate CreatorIQ in the market.

Who you are and what you'll need for this position:

8+ years of experience in marketing science, insights, measurement, or analytics consulting at a brand, agency, media owner, research firm, or marketing technology company.

Marketing Science Depth: Senior expertise in marketing and media measurement, including earned and social media value, return on creator spend, marketing mix modeling or incrementality approaches, and the discipline to keep claims defensible.

Domain Expertise: Strong working knowledge of creator marketing and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others), including how programs are planned, measured, and optimized.

3+ years leading or mentoring analysts or insights teams, including reviewing work and developing talent.

Proven experience owning customer relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders up to CMO level, with the confidence to handle pushback and defend a point of view.

Strong data storytelling skills, written and verbal, with the ability to make complex findings clear and actionable for executive audiences.

Comfortable directing technical analytical work, including SQL, Python, and data pipelines, in partnership with technical specialists.

Experience scoping analytical work, managing capacity across multiple engagements, and flagging risk early.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple priorities at once.

AI Strategic: Identifies, builds, or directs AI-enabled workflows, automations, or systems that improve business processes beyond individual use and drive measurable impact.

Nice to have:

Hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python.

Direct experience with the CreatorIQ platform or comparable creator marketing technology.

Experience building or productizing analytical offerings, such as standard reports, benchmarks, or packaged services.

Experience in a professional-services or consulting environment with utilization or billability targets.

Experience supporting enterprise brands across categories such as beauty, CPG, retail, or consumer tech, across global markets.
