This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Director, Strategic Pricing in Peachtree City GA with Signify.

Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

In this role, you will build pricing and monetization frameworks that increase customer value while driving revenue, margin growth, and bottom-line profitability.

You will lead pricing strategy, implementation, and ongoing maintenance across product lines and B2B and B2C business segments. Through influential leadership and a data-driven approach, you will partner with business leaders, sales teams, marketing teams, and agent partners to align pricing and commission programs with the overall channel strategy.

• •Drive pricing excellence initiatives by expanding the use of pricing levers, data analytics, and market intelligence to maximize annual Operating Income impact. Partner with marketing and sales teams on pricing strategies and value-based pricing to support go-to-market plans.
• •Prepare and analyze financial models to assess the impact of agent contracts and programs and track relevant metrics against objectives and Cooper Lighting Solutions strategic goals.
• •Deploy AI-enabled pricing tools and agents to create a frictionless pricing experience and improve margins wherever possible.
• •Establish optimal price positioning across lines of business based on the competitive landscape and customer needs, and develop recommendations that drive profitable growth across the organization

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

· Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is preferred

· 8+ years of experience in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing-related industry

· 5+ years of experience leading pricing strategy and execution

· Experience across pricing, finance, marketing, or sales analysis, with strong quantitative capabilities

· B2B pricing experience

· Experience utilizing and/or deploying AI preferred

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary: $ 160,590.00 - $214,120.00 (based on experience level)

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 15%
