Build and maintain requisition reporting and dashboards (e.g., in Workday or ATS of record) for leadership visibility

Drive process improvements across sourcing, screening, interview loops, and offer management to increase speed and quality of hire

Manage vendor and agency relationships as needed, including contract recruiting resources

Programs & Innovation

Evaluate recruiting technology and AI-enabled sourcing/screening tools to improve team efficiency

Partner with employer branding to build engineering-specific talent attraction campaigns

Design and scale employee referral programs specific to engineering talent

Proven track record scaling engineering hiring in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, including rapidly building out new teams from the ground up

Demonstrated success recruiting in tight or highly competitive talent markets and/or difficult geographies (e.g., limited local talent supply, high competition from established tech employers, relocation-dependent hiring)

Deep understanding of engineering roles, leveling frameworks, and technical competencies (firmware, electrical, embedded, backend, frontend, infrastructure, ML/AI, etc.)
