  • Fertigungsleiter m/w/d Schweisstechnik im Landkreis Rosenheim - Direktanstellung (65.000 - 80.000 € Jahresbrutto je nach Qualifikation)

​AUFGABENSCHWERPUNKTE

  • Verantwortlich für die Fertigung von komplexen Schweißbaugruppen inklusive Planung, Koordination und terminlicher Abstimmung
  • Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen, Durchlaufzeiten und Qualität
  • Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung, Beschaffung der benötigten Rohstoffe und Betriebsmitteln
  • Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit und den Anforderungen gemäß Branche
  • Umsetzung von Investitionsprojekten, Einführung neuer Technologien und Automatisierung
  • Erstellung von Kennzahlen, Berichten und regelmäßigen Status-Reports für Geschäftsführung und Kunden

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. Konstruktionsmechaniker m/w/d) mit Weiterqualifizierung zum Schweisstechniker m/w/d oder Schweissfachmann m/w/d oder abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. Ausbildung in Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik, Schweissfachingenieur m/w/d oder vergleichbares
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fertigung, idealerweise mit komplexen Schweißbaugruppen (WIG/MIG/MAG) oder in der Schweißtechnik
  • Erste Führungserfahrung vorteilhaft, aber nicht zwingend
  • Praktische Erfahrungen im Schweiß- und Schweißnahtprüfung (Schweißzertifikate vorteilhaft)
  • Analytisches Denken, Ergebnisorientierung, Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Mitarbeiterführungskompetenz
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
