  • Meister Montage m/w/d im Landkreis München zur Direktanstellung

​AUFGABENSCHWERPUNKTE

  • Leitung und Moderation von SFM-Meetings; Maßnahmensteuerung und Nachhaltung
  • Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Bereiche im Sinne des KVP (Abläufe, Organisation und Personal, Equipment)
  • Fertigungs- und Einsatzplanung erstellen (inkl. Qualifikationsmatrix)
  • Durchführung von Schulungen, Unterweisungen und Mitarbeitergesprächen
  • Ressourcenplanung (Material, Maschinen, Methoden, Personal)
  • Umsetzung und Kontrolle des 5S-Prozesses
  • Einleiten von Abstellmaßnahmen bei Abweichung
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Einhaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung in der Umsetzung aller einschlägigen regulatorischen Anforderungen (Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Umwelt,…)
  • Erkennung und Vermeidung von Verschwendungen

ANFORDERUNGEN​

  • Abgeschlossene Meister- / Technikerausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrungen in der Personalführung und Changemanagement
  • Einschlägige Fachkenntnisse (Schraubtechnik, Kleben, Problemlösekompetenz im Sinne der Root Cause-Analyse, …)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur (temporären) Schichtarbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
