Das Evangelische Bildungs- und Gästehaus Heimvolkshochschule in Kohren-Sahlis ist eine Einrichtung der Diakoniestiftung in Sachsen mit den Fachbereichen Beherbergung, Verpflegung und Erwachsenenbildung. ### Das werden Sie tun:

  • Organisation und Durchführung von Tagungen, Studienprojekten, Wochenendformaten und thematischen Begegnungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege regionaler und überregionaler Kooperationen mit Kommunen, Tourismusverbänden, Krankenkassen und Kirchenkreisen
  • Mitverantwortung für Angebotskommunikation, Werbemaßnahmen und Akquise
  • Sicherstellung gastfreundlicher Atmosphäre und hoher Servicequalität

### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen Pädagogik, Sozialwissenschaften, Theologie, Kulturmanagement, Erwachsenenbildung oder BWL
  • Erfahrung in leitender Position, idealerweise im Bildungs-, Sozial- oder Veranstaltungsbereich
  • Starke organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Marketing und in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
