## DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Kunden bei technischen Herausforderungen mit Hard- und Software unterstützen
  • Störungsanalyse und deren Beseitigung in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen
  • Sicherstellung einer störungsfreien Funktionalität der Software durch proaktive Fernwartung
  • Dokumentation deiner Tätigkeiten

## UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN AN DICH:

  • Erfahrung im technischen Support oder in der Kundenbetreuung ist wünschenswert
  • Technische Fähigkeiten (Grundverständnis von IT-Technik)
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen
