Job Description

Dishwasher Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Operateand maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness

Sort, rinse, and load dishes, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen equipment into the dishwasher, following established procedures and guidelines

Monitorand maintain dishwashing supplies, including detergents and rinse agents, promptly notifying the supervisor or manager when supplies need replenishment

Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment areproperly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in their designated areas

Maintaincleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and storage areas, including regular cleaning of the dishwashing machine, sinks, and work surfaces

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals andmaintaininga clean and hazard-free work environment

Support the kitchen team byassistingwith various tasks, such as receiving and storing deliveries, restocking supplies, and assisting in general kitchen cleanliness.

Working Conditions/Environment:

The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.

Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.

The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
