Responsibilities for Dishwasher

• •Maintain the cleanliness of the dish machine, wash sinks, and hand sinks.
• •Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at work station and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery and ticket times.
• •Good communication skills, and teamwork. Organized and with a sense of urgency.
• •Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves. Handles, stores, and rotates all equipment to standards.
• •Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
• •Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, or manager.

Requirements

Qualifications for Line Dishwasher

• •Must be able to stand well placed mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
• •Ability to carry 0-40 pounds on a regular basis, throughout the shift.
• •Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
• •Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• •Must be organized and self-motivated
• •Requires grasping. Standing, walking, repetitive motions, hearing ability, and visual acuity through out the shift.
