Renaissance Milwaukee West, a premium distinctive AAA Four Diamond hotel, is seeking a Dishwasher to join our Culinary Team in Eldr+Rime.

Summary:

The steward/dishwasher is responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• •Sort, wash, and return dishes and utensils to food operations areas throughout the hotel
• •Maintain a clean and efficient workstation
• •Expedite clean dishes and utensils to the cook line and other areas as needed
• •Remove trash during and at the end of the shift
• •Clean and store floor mats

Requirements

Qualifications:

Prior experience working in a restaurant, hotel, and/or dishwashing/stewarding position a plus.

Compensation:

The starting hourly pay for this position is $15.00.
