Dishwasher/Kitchen Support

The Kitchen Support role contributes to the overall daily kitchen operations. This role is a vital part of the kitchen team. They will play a key part in stewarding, stocking and organization to ensure efficiency.

Kitchen Support Requirements

• •Education: High School Diploma
• •Years of Related Experience: 1 year in professional food service operation
• •Licenses/Certifications: Must be able to obtain ServSafe certification within the first 90 days.

• •General knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment

Kitchen Support Duties:

• •Kitchen Operations Maintenance
• •Responsible for ware-washing, assist with kitchen production and meals. Ensures all wares are polished and stored to meet our high standards.
• •Consolidation and rotation of prepared food items daily
• •Performs stewarding tasks such as receiving, stocking, and tracking inventory to meet established food safety standards
• •Roll silverware, fold napkins, bus tables
• •Ensures daily and weekly cleaning schedules are met
• •Monitor and report equipment maintenance issues
• •Food Prep
• •Assist Chefs with food prep tasks as assigned
• •Setup buffets, beverage service and snack stations, restocking and refreshing stations as needed
