Position Summary

This position is responsible for making sure dishes are sanitized and cleaned in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• •Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• •Clean and maintain dish area
• •Clean Food preparation areas, facilities and equipment
• •Place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas
• •Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• •Remove trash
• •Sweep, scrub and mop floors
• •Receive and store supplies
• •Clean rest rooms
• •Clean and organize service area

Requirements

• •1 Year experience preferred
• •Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required

Physical Requirements

• •Lifting (up to 40 lbs.), bending/reaching, standing, walking for long periods of time
• •Required to reach with hands and arms as well as talk and hear
• •Finger dexterity and hand coordination along with specific vision abilities (close, distance and ability to adjust/focus) required
