Dishwasher/Porter

Looking for an individual that is organized, hardworking, and committed to ensuring all dishware, cookware, workstations, and service areas remain clean, sanitized, and ready for use.

Responsibilities

• •Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station throughout each shift.
• •Ensure all cleaning and sanitation procedures meet restaurant health and safety standards.
• •Keep kitchen floors, trash areas, storage spaces, and back-of-house workstations clean and orderly.
• •Remove trash and recycling promptly and maintain a sanitary work environment.
• •Assist kitchen staff with cleaning duties and general support as needed.
• •Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• •Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.

Requirements

• •Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently follow established procedures.
• •Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• •Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is a plus but not required.
