Schedule

• •Monday–Friday
• •Start time: 5:00 AM
• •Typically 10-hour workdays (45–50 hours/week)

Pay

• •Competitive Pay Based on experience
• •Overtime available

Duties & Responsibilities

• •Work with Operations and Customer Service to resolve service concerns
• •Analyze and resolve issues such as missed pickups, misplaced containers, or property matters
• •Provide drivers with support and clarification for pickups and deliveries
• •Schedule and dispatch work to drivers throughout the day
• •Utilize Waste Connections proprietary software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• •Maintain positive customer interactions and promote goodwill
• •Perform in a high‑volume, fast‑paced call environment
• •Upsell additional services when applicable

Minimum Job Requirements

• •High school diploma or GED required
• •2+ years dispatch experience in transportation/logistics preferred
• •Strong typing and computer skills
• •Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• •Strong verbal and written communication
• •Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
• •Veterans encouraged to apply
