As a Dispatcher at As You Wish Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air, you'll run our customer support lines, figure out exactly what's going on, sort out how urgent it is, and send the right technician to save the day.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• •Answer customer calls and get to the heart of what's going on at home
• •Prioritize the service needed and assign a service technician
• •Walk clients through what services they may need, and why
• •Schedule technicians to tackle customer needs head-on
• •Give customers a clear timeframe for when to expect their technician
• •Make sure every customer need is handled promptly and respectfully
• •Keep detailed records of customer calls and dispatching support tasks

What You Bring

• •Proven customer service experience in outbound and inbound calls
• •At least 2 years of dispatching or scheduling experience (required)
• •Experience in the home service industry (preferred)
• •The ability to engage with customers and truly listen
• •Proficiency with basic communication tech (phones, computers, and the like)
• •Ability to work independently and get things done
• •Knockout customer service skills and a positive attitude to match
