Disponent (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • eine Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d), oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsdisposition
  • mindestens gute Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und optimalerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • ein ruhiges und ausgeglichenes Gemüt und die Fähigkeit auch in herausfordernden Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren
  • eine gute Menschenkenntnis und einen ausgeprägten Teamgedanken
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Disposition unseres Projektgeschäfts, bestehend aus u.A. Betriebsverlagerungen, Industriemontagen, Objektumzüge, Lagerungen, … - keine klassische Tourenplanung!
  • Erstellung der Dispositionspläne und Arbeitspapiere
  • Betreuung der Mitarbeiter und Korrespondenz mit Kunden
  • Organisation der Transporte und des benötigten Equipments für die Projekte, z.B. LKW, Stapler, Kräne,..
  • Organisation von Flügen und Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten für die Projekte vor Ort
