  • Aufgaben:
  • Prüfung und Korrektur von Stammdaten zu Arbeitsplänen, Stücklisten und Aufträgen anhand Maschinenkarten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten in SAP R3
  • Terminüberwachung und Terminverfolgung von Fertigungsaufträgen über Planungssysteme
  • Dispositionsabstimmung mit Produktbereichen unter Einhaltung von Lieferterminen
  • Planung und Optimierung der Materialanlieferung für die Fließmontage
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Protokollen und Statistiken, Stücklistenkontrolle und Änderungsverfolgung
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungen, Mitwirkung bei Systemeinführungen und Projektaufgaben
  • Profil:
  • Industriekaufmann, Bürokaufmann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, Meister, Techniker oder Betriebswirt von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Disposition sowie Produktions- und Fertigungsplanung
  • Kenntnisse in SAP R3 und MS Office
  • strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
