Deine Aufgaben

  • Einsatzplanung und Koordination unseres Personals
  • Disposition von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Kunden
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Organisation von Schichten und kurzfristigen Änderungen

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Disposition oder vergleichbare Tätigkeit von Vorteil
  • Organisationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Flexibilität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
