  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Auslieferung sowie einer effizienten Auslastung des Fuhrparks
  • Planung und Koordination der Transporte im Nahverkehr inklusive optimierter Routenplanung
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften (Lenk- und Ruhezeiten, Sozialvorschriften)
  • Organisation von Wartungen, Reparaturen und gesetzlichen Prüfungen der Fahrzeuge
  • Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Abläufen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere Vertrieb und Personal
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lösungen (z. B. Routenoptimierung, Telematik)
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition/Logistik alternativ technische Ausbildung im Bereich Nutzfahrzeuge
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Fuhrparkmanagement, in der Disposition oder in der Logistik, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Nahverkehr
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Webfleet oder vergleichbaren Telematiksystemen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Touren- und Ressourcenplanung effizient umzusetzen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Führerschein Klasse C/CE wünschenswert
