## Disponent/in im Schienengüterverkehr (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Disponent/in im Schienengüterverkehr (m/w/d) .

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Die Planung, Organisation, Überwachung und Steuerung des Bahnbetriebs
  • Die Erstellung von Unterlagen zur Dienstabwicklung
  • Die Disposition der Mitarbeiter und Fahrzeuge, sowie die Dokumentation der Betriebsabläufe
  • Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, externen Dienstleistern, Triebfahrzeugführern und Wagenmeistern
  • Treffen eigenständige Entscheidungen und führen diese im Sinne der Kunden und des EVU aus
  • Dazu gehört vor allem eine aktive Kommunikation mit den Kunden im Fall von Abweichungen von der Verkehrsplanung sowie mit den Infrastrukturbetreibern

IHR PROFIL

  • Gute Ausdrucksweise in mündlicher und schriftlicher Form in Deutsch, Kenntnisse Einer weiteren Fremdsprache wünschenswert (insbesondere in Englisch, Polnisch)
  • Erfahrung mit dispositiven Tätigkeiten im Bereich Eisenbahnbetrieb sind wünschenswert
  • Sie haben noch keine Erfahrung in der Planung von Aktivitäten im Bereich des Eisenbahnbetriebs - wir schulen Sie und bringen Ihnen alles bei
  • EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Einarbeitung in ein Dispositionssystem)
  • Bereitschaft zur Wechselschichtarbeit sowie am Wochenende und an Feiertagen
  • Ein hohes Maß an Motivation und Sicherheitsbewusstsein, sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Zielorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
