Aufgaben

Koordination und Disposition unseres Fuhrparks und Fahrpersonals im nationalen / internationalen Verkehr

Sicherstellung optimaler Auslastung von Frachtraum und Fahrzeugen zur Vermeidung von Leerkilometern

Annahme von Transportaufträgen, Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Bearbeitung von Frachtpapieren

Tägliche Hauptansprechperson für unsere Fahrerinnen und Fahrer, Kunden und externen Dienstleister

Verfolgung laufender Transporte via Telematik und Steuerung bei Verzögerungen und Störungen

Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Nachbereitung und Kontrolle von Einsatzzeiten

Qualifikationen

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert, ideal im Bereich Spedition und Logistik
  • allgemeines Verständnis für Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • sichere Anwendung der Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen Outlook, Teams, Excel & Word
  • Kenntnisse über gültige Sozialvorschrtiften
  • Kommunikations-, Vermittlungs- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • technisches Grundverständnis für Fahrzeugtechnik
