Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, suchen wir ab sofort für unseren Standort in Freiburg einen:

Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Disposition unserer Mitarbeiter.

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Erstellung von Einsatzplänen für unsere Techniker
  • Ermittlung von Auftragsmengen und Bedarsfplanung
  • Einhalten von Auftragsfristen
  • Telefonischer Support der Techniker
  • Telefonische Koordinierung mit den Kunden

Anforderungsprofil

  • Guter Umgang am PC mit Basiskenntnissen von MS-Office Programmen
  • Ein hohes Maß an Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit
  • Eine Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundlicher und einfühlsamer Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und Kollegen
