Silta Logistik GmbH - Wir sind Ihr Ansprechpartner für alle nationalen und internationalen Tank- und Silotransporte - überwiegend im Lebensmittelbereich. Mit unserer Erfahrung, wissen wir, worauf es Ihnen ankommt und sorgen für einen reibungslosen, dokumentierten Transport Ihrer Güter.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zu sofort eine/n Disponenten/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Auftragserfassung und Disposition von Kundenaufträgen für Lebensmitteltransporte,
  • Transportabwicklung,
  • Bearbeitung der Tagespreisanfragen sowie die Dokumentation,
  • Kontrolle der Frachtpapiere und Frachteingangsrechnungen sowie dessen Erfassung im Speditionsprogramm,
  • Rechnungserstellung,
  • Ansprechpartner für Anfragen von Kunden, Fahrern und Transportunternehmen,
  • Koordinierung und Unterweisung der Fahrer.

Wir erwarten:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender
  • Berufserfahrung in diesem Aufgabengebiet
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse,
  • Kommunikationssicherheit in Wort und Schrift,
  • selbständige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative,
  • hohe Belastbarkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität,
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil.
