➡️ Ihre Aufgaben:

  • ✅Planung & Disposition: Eigenverantwortliche Touren- und Kapazitätsplanung unserer geschlossenen LKW-Flotte (national und international)
  • ✅Einsatzplanung: Disposition und Koordination der Fahrer inkl. Routenoptimierung und Ladungsplanung
  • ✅Auftragsmanagement: Auftragsannahme, -bearbeitung und -verfolgung im Transportmanagementsystem
  • ✅Kundenkommunikation: Laufende Kommunikation mit anspruchsvollen Kunden (Automobilhersteller, Entwicklungsbereiche, Händler, Privatkunden, Rennställe) und Fahrern
  • ✅Dokumentation & Compliance: Erstellung von Fracht- und Transportdokumenten (CMR, Begleitpapiere, Be-/Entladeprotokolle); Einhaltung gesetzlicher Lenk- und Ruhezeiten
  • ✅Qualitätssicherung: Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Schadens- und Reklamationsbearbeitung in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und Fahrern
  • ✅Prozessoptimierung: Laufende Optimierung der Transportprozesse und aktive Mitarbeit an der Fuhrparkplanung und Digitalisierung

➡️ Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung:
  • ✨Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • ✨Berufserfahrung in der Disposition, idealerweise im Bereich Fahrzeugtransport, Autospedition oder Spezialtransport (mind. 3 Jahre)
  • ✨Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Vorschriften (Lenk-/Ruhezeiten, ADR, Ladungssicherung) wünschenswert

Technische Fähigkeiten:

  • ✨Sicherer Umgang mit Dispositionssoftware, Telematik-Systemen und MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • ✨Gutes Verständnis für digitale Transportmanagementsysteme

Persönliche Kompetenzen:

  • ✨Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Stressresistenz
  • ✨Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Verständnis für sensible Transportgüter
  • ✨Teamfähigkeit sowie eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • ✨Flexibilität und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • ✨Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch- oder weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
