Die Grupe Fahrservice GmbH in ihrer heutigen Form ist aus dem stetigen Zusammenschluss sieben regionaler Taxi- und Mietwagenunternehmen aus den Bereichen Herzberg am Harz, Osterode am Harz, Bad Lauterberg im Harz, Bad Grund (Harz), Walkenried/Wieda sowie zwei weiteren neu gegründeten Standorten in Clausthal-Zellerfeld und Seesen entstanden. Unter dem Leitbild „Service mit Herz“, dem Einsatz modernster Fahrzeuge mit hochwertiger Vermittlungs- und Kommunikationstechnik sowie einem hoch motivierten Team möchten wir unsere Kunden nicht einfach nur fahren, sondern ihnen auch das Gefühl von Zuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit und Vertrauen geben.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine-n Disponenten-in.

Allgemeine Aufgaben:

  • Auftragsannahme, -verarbeitung, -vermittlung
  • Ggf. Nachbereiten der Aufträge
  • Überwachen der Dienstleistungen
  • Überwachung des Arbeitszeitmanagements der Fahrzeugbesetzung
  • Stammdatenerfassung/-pflege
  • Besetzung der Schlüsselstelle: Kunde↔Dienstleistung/Fahrzeugbesetzung
  • E-Mails bearbeiten
  • Angebote erstellen
  • Vorplanung und Fahrzeugbesetzung informieren.

Ihre persönliche Qualifikation :

  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit bei der Informationsverwaltung
  • Grundlegende MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outloook)

Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit mit einem unbefristetem Arbeitsvertrag zu besetzen, eine Einarbeitung wird sichergestellt!

Sie arbeiten in 2 Schichten (Frühschicht: 5:00h - 13:30h; Spätschicht: 13:30h - 22:00h) sowie an jedem 2. Wochenende.

Die zeitweise Bereitschaft zur Übernahme der Nachtschicht wird vorausgesetzt.
