Wir suchen SIE als Disponent/in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Störungsannahme
  • Einteilung der Techniker und verantwortlich für deren Termineinhaltung
  • Kundenkorrespondenz
  • Kontrolle der Tagesberichte
  • Schulungsstand der Techniker
  • Bestellung aller Art (außer betriebsinterne Bestellungen) und Überwachung der diesbezüglichen Fristen
  • Kostenvoranschläge

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Sie beherrschen die gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Sie sind motiviert neue Anwenderprogramme zu erlernen
