## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Auftragsabwicklung von der Auftragserfassung bis zur erfolgreichen
  • Umsetzung
  • Planung, Koordination und Einteilung der Monteure
  • Pflege und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen im SAP-System
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden, Monteuren
  • und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von E-Mails sowie allgemeine
  • kaufmännische Korrespondenz

## Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als
  • Industriekaufmann/-frau
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Disposition oder
  • Auftragsabwicklung
  • Kenntnisse in SAP Business sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und
  • Monteuren
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
