Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Lebensmittelgroßhandel suchen wir eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit für den Bereich Disposition. Als Disponent Junior unterstützen Sie unser Team bei der Planung und Koordination von Aufträgen, Einsätzen und Ressourcen.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Disposition von Aufträgen, Fahrzeugen und Touren im Lebensmittelbereich
  • Planung und Koordination von Lieferterminen und Einsätzen
  • Annahme, Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Laufende Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Abläufen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Fahrern, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
  • Pflege von Stammdaten und Aufträgen im System
  • Unterstützung bei kurzfristigen Änderungen oder Störungen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Dispositionsbereich
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in Disposition, Logistik oder im Lebensmittelumfeld von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Dispositionssoftware von Vorteil
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Türkischkenntnisse von Vorteil
