Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung

  • Telefonische und persönliche Kundenbetreuung in verschiedensten Branchen
  • Marketingaktionen und Neukundenakquise zur Erweiterung unseres Kundenkreises (Prämien möglich)
  • Ansprechpartner für die ganzheitliche Betreuung und Motivation unserer Mitarbeiter & Kunden
  • Aufbauen neuer Kontaktkanäle zur Gewinnung neuer Bewerber
  • Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen sowie Annahme von telefonischen Anfragen durch Bewerber und Kunden
  • Mitverantwortung und Kontrolle der Personalverwaltung

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung / Bachelor Student
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb wäre von Vorteil, Einsteiger willkommen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office / PC Software
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzwille und Motivation sind gefragt
  • Große Freude hast du an Kommunikation mit anderen Menschen
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und arbeitest gerne im Team
