Deine Aufgaben

  • Schwerpunkt Disposition, nationaler und internationaler Charterverkehr
  • Du übernimmst die Fahrereinteilung und die Sachbearbeitung der Lenk- und Ruhezeiten
  • Du bist unser kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die Kunden im Nah- und Fernverkehr
  • Auftragsannahme und Disposition von Sendungen/Ladungen
  • Du übernimmst die Kalkulation von Frachten, sowie Erstellung von Angeboten inkl. Verhandlungen mit Frachtführern
  • Du überwachst die bestehenden Touren hinsichtlich festgelegter Zeitschranken
  • Du übernimmst die Kundenkommunikation und die Kommunikation zwischen Partnern und Frachtführern im In- und Ausland

Dein Profil

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditions- oder Verkehrskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik – auch Quereinsteiger mit dem Willen etwas zu bewegen sind herzlich Willkommen
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, unternehmerisches Denken, Kreativität bei der Lösungsfindung
  • Zuverlässigkeit, hohe Arbeitsmotivation und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
