- Bedarfsplanung & Disposition: Ermittlung des Materialbedarfs sowie standortübergreifende Planung und Einteilung unserer Handelswaren.
- Bestellabwicklung & Terminüberwachung: Erstellung von Bestellungen, Verfolgung von Lieferterminen und Überwachung der Versorgungssicherheit.
- Stammdatenpflege & Reporting: Anlage und Aktualisierung von Materialstammdaten in ERP-Systemen sowie Erstellung von Bestandsstatistiken.
- Schnittstellenkoordination: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Einkauf und Logistik
Was du mitbringen solltest:
- Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder technische Ausbildung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Systemkenntnisse: Routinierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (Microsoft D365 wünschenswert) sowie fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse (vor allem Excel).
- Soft Skills: Hohes Organisations- und Verhandlungsgeschick, analytisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
