  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, idealerweise fundierte Stückguterfahrung
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, sichere MS-Office- und gute Englischkenntnisse; Französisch- und geografische Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Effiziente Abhol- und Zustelldisposition im Nahverkehr im Tag- und Nachtdienst
  • Wirtschaftliche Fahrzeugauslastung gemäß Kunden- und Netzwerkvorgaben, hohe Dispositionsqualität und zuverlässige Fahrzeugabfertigung
  • Vorausschauendes Fahrer- und Tourenmonitoring sowie gezielte Reaktion bei Abweichungen
