  • Für den Standort Leipzig suchen wir, in direkter Festeinstellung:

Disponent (m/w/d)

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Disposition nationaler und internationaler Transporte
  • Tourenplanung unter Berücksichtigung von Auslastung, Laufzeiten und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
  • Disposition und Einsatzplanung des eigenen Fuhrparks sowie der Fahrerinnen und Fahrer
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Fahrpersonal, Kunden und internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Transportablaufs
  • Einkauf, Steuerung und Betreuung von Frachtführern und Transportunternehmern

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Disposition, Transportplanung oder Spedition
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Dispositionstools und Frachtenbörsen
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Ladungssicherung und Gefahrguttransporte sind wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
