Disponent (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Koordination und Organisation von Transporten und Lieferungen
  • Auftragsabwicklung und Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Speditionen
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Lagerbestände
  • Lösung von logistischen Herausforderungen und Problemen
  • Erstellung von Transportdokumenten und Frachtbriefen
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards in der Logistik
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik, Spedition oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Transportdisposition und -koordination, idealerweise in einem logistikorientierten Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Dispositionssoftware sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Team zu arbeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten effektiv zu setzen und zu managen
  • Solide Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Transportvorschriften und -gesetzgebung
  • Ausgezeichnetes Zeitmanagement und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren
