  • Telefonische Terminvereinbarung zur Belieferung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Vorplanung von Rahmentouren sowie Koordination der Warenbestückung unserer Standorte und Außenlager.
  • Vorbereitung und Komplettierung der zugehörigen Auftragspapiere.
  • Tourenplanung und Optimierung unserer Servicefahrer sowie des technischen Außendienstes.
  • Controlling vergangener Touren und Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen.
  • Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?
  • Offenheit und Freude am Erlernen und Umsetzen neuer Themenbereiche.
  • Absolute Teamfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung.
  • Sehr gute PC Kenntnisse.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Disposition oder Tourenplanung sowie in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Flexibler Einsatz während unserer Öffnungszeiten (07:00 – 17:00 Uhr).
  • Folgende persönliche Fähigkeiten zeichnen Sie aus:
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Redegewandtheit und Freude am telefonischen Kundenservice.
  • Mit Ihren sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, einer aufgeschlossenen Persönlichkeit und Ihrer Empathie denken Sie sich schnell in die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden ein.
  • Sie bringen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit und haben Spaß an abwechslungsreichen Gesprächssituationen.
  • Souveränität auch in stressigen Situationen runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Organisationstalent und engagiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten.
