Was Dich erwartet:

Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber im Verantwortungsbereich in Bezug auf das operative Tagesgeschäft

Durchführung der gesamten Touren-Planung und -Koordination im Verantwortungsbereich

Personaleinsatzplanung der Fahrer

Kontrolle und Überwachung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften (z.B. Lenk- und Ruhezeiten, Arbeitszeit etc.)

Kontrolle der abgewickelten Transportaufträge in Bezug auf die Qualität und Abrechnung

Reklamationsmanagement

Monitoring und Steuerung aller für die Funktion bedeutsamen Kennzahlen

Ordnungsgemäße Fuhrparkverwaltung (z.B. Kfz-Anmietung, Bereitstellung technisch einwandfreier Fahrzeuge, etc.)

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

Qualifizierten kaufmännischen Berufsabschluss oder Erwerb der vergleichbaren Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten durch entsprechende Berufserfahrung

Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Disposition

Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Anwendungen und souveräner Umgang mit den gängigen IT Tools

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine sowohl lösungs- als auch prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise

Hohes Entscheidungsvermögen sowie wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln

Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert

Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
