Wie sieht dein Arbeitsalltag aus?

  • Du organisierst und disponierst die Transportaufträge, inklusive Beauftragung von Fremdfirmen
  • Darüber hinaus liegt die Erstellung der Einsatzplanung in deiner Verantwortung
  • Die Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Lieferterminen wird von dir übernommen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden, Lieferanten und dem Lager zusammen
  • Die Aufträge werden von dir im System angelegt und bearbeitet

Was musst Du mitbringen?

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Disposition sammeln
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrungen in der Zollabwicklung
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, Selbstständig und Verantwortungsbewusst
  • Der Umgang mit MS Office stellt für Dich keine Herausforderung
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist Teamfähig, Flexibel und Belastbar
