### Deine Aufgaben

  • Freundliche Erstberatung und Ermittlung des Bedarfs (Lead-Qualifizierung)
  • Terminvereinbarung für Beratung und Aufmaß
  • Pflege von Kundendaten im System (HubSpot)
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Büro

### Das bringst du mit

  • Freude an der Kommunikation und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Klare, freundliche Ausdrucksweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent und Teamgeist
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse (E-Mail, CRM-Systeme von Vorteil)
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Telefonvertrieb wünschenswert – aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
