Disponent (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

  • Planung und Abwicklung von Verkehrsleistungen
  • Ressourcenplanung (Personal, Lokomotiven, Wagen)
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Versender und Empfänger
  • Überwachung des Betriebsgeschehens, Eingreifen bei Unregelmäßigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zum Wechselschichtdienst 24/7

Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Eisenbahn (nach Möglichkeit Disposition)
  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene entsprechende Berufsausbildung
  • Ggf. (Triebfahrzeugführer Kl. 3 bzw. TfV)
  • Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Software, insb. Microsoft 365
  • Ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Engagement und Motivation
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Teambewusstsein und die Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache/ wünschenswert der niederländischen Sprache
