## DEIN JOB …

  • Planung und Steuerung der LKW-Fahrer
  • Monitoring sowie systemseitige Dokumentation von Fehlzeiten und sonstigen Besonderheiten
  • Urlaubsplanung der LKW-Fahrer
  • Entgegennahme und Umsetzung von Fahraufträgen der Kunden, erster Ansprechpartner für die Kunden sowie ggf. Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Monitoring des eigenen Fuhrparks (z.B. Werkstatttermine)

## DEIN PROFIL …

  • Quereinsteiger mit relevanter Berufserfahrung sowie Bewerber mit erfolgreich abgeschlossener Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik bzw. Transportwesen (z. B. Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbar)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Disposition von Berufskraftfahrern
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Klare und offene Kommunikation sowie Empathie
