## Dein Job …

  • Planung und Steuerung der LKW-Fahrer
  • Monitoring sowie systemseitige Dokumentation von Fehlzeiten und sonstigen Besonderheiten
  • Urlaubsplanung der LKW-Fahrer
  • Entgegennahme und Umsetzung von Fahraufträgen der Kunden, erster Ansprechpartner für die Kunden sowie ggf. Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Monitoring des eigenen Fuhrparks (z.B. Werkstatttermine)

## Dein Profil …

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Bezug zur Logistik bzw. zum Transportwesen: Speditionskaufmann, Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Disposition von Berufskraftfahrern
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Klare und offene Kommunikation sowie Empathie
