Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich, unter Wirtschaftlichkeitsgesichtspunkten, den Transportplan für unseren Fuhrpark
  • Du disponierst nationale und internationale Ladungen im Bereich Teil- und Komplettladungen auf dem Charter- und Subunternehmermarkt
  • Du übernimmst die Kalkulation von Frachten, sowie Erstellung von Angeboten inkl. Verhandlungen mit Frachtführern
  • Du übernimmst die Kommunikation zu unseren Kunden und trägst zur Sicherstellung unserer Qualität bei
  • Du wirkst bei der Prozessoptimierung mit

Dein Profil

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, unternehmerisches Denken, Kreativität bei der Lösungsfindung
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse zu den rechtlichen Grundlagen im gewerblichen Güterkraftverkehr
  • Zuverlässig, hohe Arbeitsmotivation und Teamfähig
  • Kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig
  • Englischkenntnisse
