- Disposition nationaler und internationaler Transporte im Nahverkehr und Fernverkehr sowie des Festcharterfuhrparks unter gesetzlichen Vorgaben und wirtschaftlichen Aspekten
- Einkauf und Auswahl von geeigneten Frachtführern
- Steuerung und Überwachung der Transportkette
- Auftragsbezogene Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und Fahrern (Terminabsprachen, Klär-fallbearbeitung, etc.)
- Auftragserfassung und -bearbeitung im Transportmanagementsystem
- Unterstützung in der Prozessoptimierung
- administrative Tätigkeiten
- Erstellen von Reports und Kennzahlen
- Dokumentenhandling
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufspraxis im Bereich Disposition und/oder Frachtführereinkauf von Vorteil
- routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
- Gewissenhafte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
