### Deine Aufgaben und Projekte

  • Du koordinierst und planst täglich die Zustellung von Tageszeitungen und/oder Anzeigenblättern an die jeweiligen Empfänger.
  • Du findest schnelle und effiziente Lösungen, verspäteten Zustellungen oder unerwarteten Problemen im Zustellprozess.
  • Du arbeitest mit externen Logistikdienstleistern zusammen.
  • Du erfasst und pflegst relevante Daten im Logistiksystem (z.B. Zusteller, Bezirkszuordnung, Vertretungen).
  • Du überwachst die Qualitätskontrolle bei der Logistikabwicklung und ergreifst konkrete Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssteigerung und Reklamationsbearbeitung.

### Wir brauchen dich

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder Dienstleistung.
  • Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Logistikbranche, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Zustellung von Printmedien.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und bist belastbar.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung setzen wir voraus. Darüber hinaus löst du Probleme und besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Entscheidungsvermögen.
  • Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit Branchensoftware (Logistik) und MS Teams, insbesondere Excel.
