### *Disponent (m/w/d) *

Aufgaben & Verantwortung:

  • Organisation und Disposition von Fahrzeugen und Behältern sowie Tourenplanung und -kontrolle
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Fahrerpersonals
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden
  • Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft der Fahrzeuge
  • Kontinuierliche Absprache mit den Kollegen und optimale Auslastung des Fuhrparks

Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. Industriekaufmann o. ä.
  • Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Relevante betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse zur Kalkulation von Aufträgen und wirtschaftlichen Führung der Fahrzeuge
  • Ergebnis- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Abfallwirtschaftliche Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Leistungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit
