Wir suchen einen Disponenten (m/w/d) für die Personalabteilung im gewerblichen Bereich.

AUFGABEN:

  • Verantwortung für die reibungslose Abwicklung des gesamten Personaleinsatzes
  • Planung und Organisation des Personaleinsatzes
  • Überwachung der Umsetzung von Entscheidungen und Richtlinien der Geschäftsführung
  • Koordinierung und Kontrolle der Sicherheitsunterweisungen- Richtlinien
  • Verfolgung und Einhaltung der Arbeitszeitregelungen
  • Prüfung und Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen

PROFIL:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Kaufmännischen oder Logistik Bereich von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen
  • Strukturiertes und organisiertes Arbeiten
