Deine Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Koordination von Express- und Sonderfahrten
  • Steuerung der Transportprozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Terminvorgaben
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten zur Auftragsvergabe
  • Erstellung und Prüfung relevanter Transportdokumente sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Disposition, vorzugsweise im Bereich Express- und Sonderfahrten
  • Hohes Organisationsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
