Deine Aufgaben:

  • Auftragsannahme, -erfassung und -bestätigung in SAP
  • Bearbeitung und Überwachung der termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung
  • Anmeldung von Lieferungen und Stückzahlabweichungen beim Kunden
  • Erstellung von Versandpapieren und Ladelisten
  • Warenausgangskontrolle und Versandvorbereitung
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Rechnungsstellung
  • Unterstützung und Vertretung der Bereichsleitung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich sowie einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Disposition
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen und wünschenswert in SAP
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
